If someone participates in two signature campaign from two accounts, should it be count as abuse?
I have seen a list of alts, thinking all of those are bounty abusers or only alts of people?
If two (or more) alts are participating in different bounties, it's not abuse.  Lots of members do this.  What isn't acceptable is when alt accounts participate in the same bounty.  That's when they get tagged for cheating bounties with alt accounts.

So, you are hilariousandco? I was a bit confused. Can't remember I had thought about this or not.
Should I move the thread in reputation?

In my opinion it will not consider bounty abuse if users joined different campaign. But there is question about social media links and eth address. If socia media and eth address totally different than it should not called abuse. And I don't think it's necessary to use alt account for different bounty. Sometimes it's depend on bounty managers, he might be reject or accept. As hilariousetc said he have joined two different signature, I don't think it's abuse. But on social media campaign if different from signature. You should move it on Reputation to get right answers.

If someone participates in a bounty from more than 1 account, it's counted as abusing. But what if someone uses 2 accounts and participate in 2 different bounty? Will it be counted as abusing?

This isn't a Meta issue but a reputation issue, and there are no forum rules on this, but something is probably only seen as abuse by the community if it's against the stated terms of the campaign. Not sure why this would count as abuse though. I'm on two different signature campaigns on two different accounts (if you count them as 'bounties').
