Minimum version 0.96.5 to use --satoshi-port IIRC
I believe the commandline argument for that is: --satoshi-port
You either start Armory and include that command with the port number, or put it in your armoryqt.conf etc. More details in the Armory FAQ on btcarmory.com

I connect to bitcoin core through a different port than 8332. How do I let armory know to connect using non default port settings?
