I don't think that is a safe method, what if the question is a legal question, could get you into trouble if the bot answers wrong.

Came across this article about the possible use of chatbots to replace FAQ pages for new ICOs.

Makes sense since some token sales' support seem overwhelmed and take forever to reply emails.
