I wouldn't go for them since they charge high fees. the best option is to buy them from an exchange. Try Bitstamp.

I personally like using circle due to my troubles with coinbase in the past. They've put locks on my account for no real reason before, even though I just send them straight to my wallet and no where else. It's kind of strange dealing with coinbase, but I have had no big issues with circle just yet.

Not sure if this is the right category to ask this.

Anyone used Circle to buy Bitcoins?
I can`t use Coinbase and CEX.IO due to verification issues.
I won`t use Virwox due to high fees and bad reviews/horror stories.
I give up trying to find a trusted trader here.99% scammers and 1% trusted users who won`t trade with me because i`m a newbie.
Maybe Circle is the last option for me to buy btc.

A quick question? Why r u affraid of verification? Since you buy this way, I highly doubt you plan to buy large amounts. So what s the catch?

I use Circle for all of my Bitcoin purchases/withdrawls. If you have a debit card you can buy and have access to the coin instantly. Linking a bank account and buying with that takes 3-4 days, just like any service. I enjoy Circle. No hidden fees, quick and easy! I would reccommend. Support sucks however, thats the only pitfall. If you run into any issue, good luck contacting them ha.

Payment options? I can get you some. I only charge about 7~8% fees.

Try local Bitcoins.  I had trouble when I started too but everything went pretty smooth with local Bitcoins.
