Hey guys,

I'm looking for a budget BAMT compatible mobo. I found this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813135272

Has anyone used it? Is it compatible with BAMT? I want to order it by 5/30/12 for the rebate. Thanks!

It was my first dedicated mining board.  I love it.  Has 2x16x slots, and 2x1x slots.  Using 4 extenders, I have four 5870s on it.

My only complaint is it has a picky NIC.  It would not connect at ALL to my 1gb router, regardless of what cables I used.  The light would be on until the software kicked in, then it would go out.  It connected just fine to my 100mb hub.  Then I made a new cat6 cable from unused solid strand cat6 cable, about 50' long I'd say, and now it connects at 1gb to my router.

I have another ECS board for my wife's computer (no mining), and it's finicky about the 1gb connection too.  But it would at least down negotiate to 100mb if it couldn't get 1gb.

Probably the best mining board around here. Don't worry.  Wink
