Thanks for the answers. I decided to wait for the bitmain psu and not using the evea, sounds too risky and not safety enough .
Meanwhile  I’ll use my antminer s9 psu untill it’s come

Aside from not having enough PCIE cables out of the box, no way I would use a 1300w PSU when the constant load is going to be at or near 1200w.

Ideally you should only use 80% of your PSU's capacity so the minimum PSU size for an A3 should be at least 1500w.

Running a PSU at >95% load constantly will cause it to fail much faster than normal. It could be days or weeks but it'll eventually pop.

Next time, please buy the Bitmain APW3++ power supply and it will be much easier for you, as you don't seem to know that much about psus.

Thanks you really helped me! But don’t I need 3 cables to each board in the miner and another one for the controller board? Means I need 10 cables. In the picture you showed only 6 cables

Am I wrong here?

If those pci-e power cables are at least 16AWG wire gauge, then you should not have any issues.

The wire gauge information is printed of the invidual wires.

Also remember that you need to connect a green wire (PS_ON) and a black wire (COM) together by using a jumper or a paper clip.

I don't know if there is a jumper like this included with the EVGA power supply. https://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-24-Pin-ATX-Power-Supply-Bridge-Tool-Jumper-/312036767648

If not, you can buy one.

Or you can use this paper clip method.

Yeah, the A3 uses around 1200w of power according to its spec sheet. 1300W PSU will work but usually, it's recommended to not run your PSU over 80% of its max wattage. But for a little time, you should be completely fine Smiley.

Thanks. I got the miner but I don’t have 10 connections with 6 pins. I have only 6 coming with the evea. How can I solve it?

I did this picture in the most simple way that came to my mind, hope it helps you to power your A3 unit. https://i.imgur.com/I0wZnGZ.jpg

Thanks for your answer!
I am in europe so I have 220v, 2-3 weeks sound ok for running it without problems?
And what are actually the consequences of it? Will it damage the machine? Will it burn my house? Or just be less effective? Thank you!

short answer is yes it should work just fine, but only use it temporary until you get a 1600 watt psu or APW3++

if you're on 110 volt then you're really running everything on max so definitely try not to run it for too long. 220 is better. A3 needs 1300 and you need a 1400+ PSU

Hello
I ordered an antminer a3 and it should be arrived in 5 days.
Unfortunately bitmain have not shipped the PSU yet (I ordered it 3 days later)
Can I use the evea 1300 G2 with the antminer a3 without harming it?

this is the PSU:
