I know there is a question when you sign up for the exchange asking if you are a new york state resident (for example poloniex), but i had a few questions about this. This is prompted by it detecting you are using an IP in NY.

1) What happens if you just answer "No". I did this just so i could browse the exchange but have not bought anything. Has anyone in NY used Polo without using a VPN?

2) What if I just travel across the river to Jersey and purchase cryptos while i am there, even though I'm a NY resident.
