Is the issue that he doesn't want to run a node?  If that's not a problem why not just both mine solo and then transfer the coins?

The probability of finding a block with higher hashrate is more than a lower hashrate.

Easiest way is to use an existing pool and get him to set up as a worker on your account.

Yes i know it . but i want to know if there is No pool exist , how can mine together ?

Give your friend your IP address and use your router to map a port to the local IP and port of your computer that is running the altcoin sofware.  You will have to alter the .conf file to add a username and password for them as well.  Your friend will point his GPU miner at your IP address and the port you specified in your router.

Where can i find full instruction? i couldn't understand you because i am newbie.

Would you like fries with that?

edit: I don't even know what you are mining!  How would I point you to any specific instruction?
