it's not hard assuming your onboard is a ati chip as well. if you want to game on them you're going to want a kvm to easily switch between the igpu and the dediated cards

Why crossfire GPUs ? You get less performance when mining from what some have said using Crossfire thus separate and independent GPU mining is the way to go.

I don't see why it can't be done....I'd however expect the motherboard to be pulling more juice from the powersupply and thus would obviously have a higher thermal envelope to take into account.

I haven't put in much effort admittedly... But how difficult would it be to use my on-board GPU to run my desktop while my crossfired GPUs are used for mining?
