You can take the money. Deposit in your bank. Use any exchange to buy bitcoin from. Use ATM machines in the USA to buy bitcoin using just cash. Exchanges can be Coinbase, Binance, Bittrex, Stocks.exchange, tradesatoshi.com or whichever suits you.

hello i am presently helping someone else get into crypto
problem is they don't use a bank account and no credit card, no use of electronic system for their money
they only have real cash USD on hand.
what would be best method to use real USD to get them to buy Bitcoin?

There're various ways they can go about it, they can offer you the cash and you buy bitcoins for them. Secondly you can visit local bitcoins fill in your country name, and select cash option then see who has recent trades, past trades history and start a chat with him. Thirdly again on local bitcoins you can choose bank deposits option and deposit money and get your coins, again do your due diligence.

Did your friend tried to open up a bank account? each country has its policy on how its easy to open one. You know how to buy bitcoin right? so why not just buy for him and send him the bitcoin after since you know each other?

Check out if there's a local exchanger which is the easiest way to buy if there's none, look for a person who sells it personally in your local.

The way how you say it it seems like you are already in the cryptocurrency market why not sell some of your BTC to them instead of making this a big problem? Also the way how you talk about the family it seems like they don't have other modes of payment aside from their cash, the best way is for your to handle the transaction on your own. The most convenient and most safest way is buying BTC to a Bitcoin ATM machine where it accepts cash the only downside is Bitcoin ATMs don't give the best rates unlike the ones in localbitcoins. The only scenario I will use Localbitcoins over Bitcoin ATMs is when I will be buying large amounts of BTC as it will give me the best rates.

Note:
If your are transacting with LocalBitcoin sellers only transact with reputable sellers and do not be blinded by bigger offers as they are the most likely scammers in the website. As much as possible try to transact with them online and just deposit their money to your bank account in order for you to send it directly to the seller.

It's very easy. You have helped, why not help them again to buy the bitcoin with their money? You can just help with your credit card or account then you throw it away, but how to save the bitcoin with an online wallet or with a hardware wallet. Remember you must remain vigilant because if you do that with someone you don't know you can be fooled, you may have to make sure the person gives the money first to you then you help guide them to save the bitcoin you have bought.

This is method of payment is no preferable and if they can't open a bank account then its more difficult to find someone trusted to do the transaction, though its not impossible.

While it's more of a hassle and a bit tedious, it is more preferable in my opinion. Transacting in paper cash instead of using banks means it's more likely that the banks and the government can't sniff around your transaction. Anonymity is a huge factor for a lot of us here.

in today's modern world if you don't use banks and other forms of electronic money, your life is going to be a nightmare specially when you want to make big purchases like buying a car for example! which is why i find it highly unbelievable that there exists someone who doesn't use any of them unless we are talking about a homeless person or some conspiracy theory crazy guy who lives in a van with a tinfoil hat Cheesy

As you are helping him to get into the crypto industry, then it is better to buy bitcoin yourself for him for the first time. After being familiar with crypto, he can buy himself. Or you can tell him to buy with Skrill or Neteller USD. Some of the exchange supports Skrill and Neteller deposit to buy cryptocurrencies!

May I know, where your friend live? he can ask to people who live in the same country as your friends, go to the local board and search for your country friends. This method will make it easier for him to find out the exact answerto buy bitcoin, local exchange in my country can make a voucher from bitcoin and you can buy bitcoin by using a voucher. This method is very easy to do, and has a low fee withdrawal.

Here in my place we have one convenient store where you can able to buy Bitcoin thru the exchange we had here which is coins.ph that is affiliated in one of the convenient store here in my country like 711, just important is you must have an account to their site first together with the application of KYC rules then that's it! also you can try  https://localbitcoins.com/ to buy bitcoin on this site too.

If all you have is physical cash, I think you will need to choose to buy from someone in your country whom you can see in person. Everything will be done while you are with him. You will pay him cash and he will transfer the bitcoin to your wallet address. Make sure that the bitcoin is in your wallet before you part ways.

With only physical cash, your choices are probably only to either use LocalBitcoins[1] or Mycelium Local Trader(requires a mobile app)[2] and meet up in person.

You could use a bitcoin ATM like the other user suggested, but take note that bitcoin ATMs usually have high fees, up to 15% or more.

[2] https://mycelium.com/

Both of good link. So before using the websites check the information. So careful to use it. Localbitcoin is helping to buy and sell the coin. So Before use, you understand it. It the best future saving. But before buying the bitcoin check the market price. If the price is high don't buy it. Wait for the price down. If you want to know how to check. The marketplace is the right place to get the price list and the best coin information.

using fake money to buy bitcoin.

Fiat money is the fake money, bitcoin is the real money.

Central banks have complete control over  the fiat facade.

maybe using a Bitcoin ATM can be one of the references. This Bitcoin ATM machine allows you to make 2-way transactions, which means you can also sell personal Bitcoin while getting cash on the spot. Like an ATM machine in general, this Bitcoin ATM machine allows users to buy their own digital currency directly in place, both for paper wallets and online wallets

Why can't they give you the money and you buy the coins for them? You could use Localbitcoins or some other free-ads site and find someone who will meet you face-to-face to sell you bitcoins for cash. I'm sure there are lots of people that would be willing to do this. You could also use the currency exchange sub forum here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

Be careful when meeting people though. Always meet in a public place and do a smaller trade with them at first just to make sure everything is legit.
