I use tor here and there for various reasons .  Mostly to trouble shoot  ip issues and the like.

@ op Sounds to me that you are working on a scam .  These questions have attracted  a mods attention.  So if you have a 'real' account and it was banned or given a 3 day sentence asking here was pretty dumb.

Now of course if you are going around a ban on a different site you are a bit more clever to ask about it on this site.  But frankly I would ban you if I were a mod since you are asking how to fool mods.  Even if it is on a different site.

It is kind of like asking New York City police how to trick Los Angles police .  Just saying don't ask us.

If I was banned from any site and I was banned from BFL's Forum years ago.  I would not use tor to go back to the site.

Ok thanks so how does someone get pemabanned for evading a ban do you know? This is what i am asking but finding it difficult lol, Person A, gets banned for 30 days on ip x then Person B, uses that same ip x to create a new account or logs in with a old shill, does person A now get pemabanned for evading the original ban? You have told me no as far as i can see. So how does someone get pemabanned?

Only if its obvious to the mods that they are the same person. For example, if the IP was a residential one and was not listed as a Tor/VPN/proxy and the two accounts had the same writing style and they both posted the same Bitcoin address and both signed up using the same email address then the account would be definitely banned. IP addresses aren't the only way to identify someone.

That seems like a little to much work for the mod to do just to catch a potential ban skipper, you cannot use the same email address to sign up so that's out of the question. Posting same Bitcoin address makes sense as something not to do if you had been banned previously and writing styles are easy to change and again probably to much work for a mod to hunt down same style writing with all the different people writing in the forum. One last question if you do not mind, does all the mods get the ips of all forum members or just the main admin?

You didn't look hard enough, this has been answered many times.

Logging in to an account via Tor will not get it banned or anything however if you create an account over Tor or a dodgy IP, you may be asked to pay a small fee to create the account. It's only the sign up IP that matters.

Hi,

If i use tor but the ip that tor gives me has had dodgy business/scams bans etc then is the account i use to log in safe from getting any kind on pemabann?

I have looked everywhere and cannot seem to find the answer and that is why i am posted to see if anyone knows about this and can help me understand please.

My thinking is it will be ok but i would like to be 100%

Ps i had to pay to create this account to begin with and i would not want it getting banned in future because of what someone else has done from the same ip.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer Smiley
