Please put a number on the following items for me.  They are available and ready to ship.  I will cover escrow fees with minerjones.  He can just take his escrow fee out of our agreed upon number.  I will want to be paid in BTC.  I'd like to know what I'm getting for each item in USD, not just a bulk number.  We can use BTC exchange rate at the time we agree on a number for said items or we can use the exchange rate at the time you put funds in escrow.... but make that decision first.
