i am wondering what "utility" does XRP provide?!!!
Ripple, sure. the technology is very interesting and will be used by many. including the banks that are currently showing interest. but XRP, never. it is still a centralized coin with a bad history and so far the only "utility" of it has been pump and dumps and nothing else.
Evidently you haven't been paying attention; XRP was adopted for use by Catalyst Credit Union, Cuallix, and by Mercury FX.  This was all announced at SWELL in early October.  I take it you don't trade in XRP?   Grin
and yes i do trade all shitcoins equity as long as they are being pumped and giving me profit Wink

First off, everything you said, from the first word to the last, is misinformation.  Here's a website for other readers that want to learn:  https://fudbingo.com/

Secondly, rest assured that XRP will take the #1 spot from Bitcoin.  I'm only disappointed that it hasn't happened already.   Cool Wink

Not sure what utility you are talking about. XRP is not really being used anywhere other than exchanges. Yes, some banks and businesses are testing it (not using); but when it comes to common folks or even cryto individuals then there is no utility at all. If you wanna know what utility is then see ETH. From companies to individuals everyone "uses" it. Be it in form of gas, ERC-20 tokens, games, contracts. But there is use. Even EOS, Tron are being used. XRP, well not so much!

You dude must try to learn about the definition of utility and that article was giving us a clear reason if XRP is including on the security coin. *Lol of course if XRP is a security coin.
Do you think if they are all adopting xcrapid and then it can't be a security? that's a nice joke

Utility is important but only if it works for the coin holder. For example if you have binance coin called bnb, you will have a chance to pay half the commission fee from trading which is a utility that requires you to have BNB and use it at the same time.

However just because XRP is tied to a company called Ripple doesn't mean it has any utility at all. Banks can deal with Ripple, corporation could pay millions of dollars to Ripple.

All of these could be done in the XRP blockchain and all these big transactions could be done thanks to the company knowing how to use the blockchain they own but none of that requires the XRP owner to do anything or even reap the benefits of any of this. Utility doesn't mean a company behind it, just because a coin has a company behind it doesn't mean it is usable.

It needs to have a use that when you get the coin you can use it for something and benefit from it. That is the literal meaning of Utility.

Yeah, that's the point - banks are working with Ripple as company, as technology, but not with XRP. Anyway such news and partnerships cause XRP make some nice pumps, so I am not disappointed as investor)

congratulations, you got some tiny online companies and currency services to "test" xRapid which will probably end with them dumping XRP and adopting ripple Cheesy
in any case that still doesn't change anything about XRP being centralized and fully controlled by the owners. and yes i do trade all shitcoins equity as long as they are being pumped and giving me profit Wink

Have to agree, all of the banks working with ripple are not using XRP, there seems to be nothing linking the two, not even some sort of buyback scheme. Ripple itself is arguably ahead of bitcoin in terms of adoption but not XRP.
