Good catch! Most likely picture is computer generated. Since you have asked team so they should provide valid evidence on behalf of them. If they failed to provide like video or anything else then it's clear that their project just a scam attempt. Plagiarized whitepaper is one of symptom of scam and now added one more issue like fake team.

Hello Community! “We thank the community on finding the problems in our white paper we have now revised it without the errors. Our idea / project is original and genuine. It is something that we have discussed and planned for awhile and now we are just putting it in action”
Sorry for the inconvenience. The white paper was put in words by a writing agency but our idea was original and genuine, we didn’t know they have copied and paste contents from other existing projects. We will rewrite the contents that were copied from other projects.

The WhitePaper "Palace Residence" that you specified is also not the original source. I found the WhitePaper "Alt.Estate", ICO took place in early 2018.
