We have already made a series of investments with our own resources, however to make an exchange that works within the global regulatory requirements we need to raise more funds with investors who believe in our initiative. We know that it is not or will be easy, but if we do not try to innovate and present new solutions to the market, someone will try. They can only beat those who at least participate and here we are, without fear of showing who we are and what we came for.


Our goal is to sell UZE Tokens to investors who help us raise enough capital and implement an EXCHANGE registered in Licthenstein, with all the necessary records to work on a regular and transparent basis.

The difference between our exchange and the existing ones is in our Business Model, which is focused on Tokenizing well-established companies in Latin America and the Caribbean and offering them to the Global market. Our goal is not to be another Crypto exchange like the others, but to be a reference in bringing new assets to the market such as Agro Comodities, Real Estate Market, Soccer Player Rights, Green Economy among other things. We are building a trillion dollar market that, in the medium and long term, will be solid investment options for those who want a safe portfolio with high growth power.
