have a look to see if the pins inside the port are all fine. might be a bent on connecting to something it shouldnt also check the tiny solders where the port meets the board

If it were an issue with the ethernet port wouldn't that prohibit me from connecting to the blade via web browser to configure it?

I would think so.  You have several Blades running so you have the setup down, you've tried different cables and ports so I think that would rule out anything on the net side.  I would think it's related to this particular Blade, defective ethernet components?

This lists color/blinking to speed and activity.

Solid yellow light all the time is not normal, and i have tried several different ethernet cables, tried plugging in only the blade with the constant yellow light. tried putting the blade on its own backplane to make sure it wasnt a power issue. Not sure how to check if the router is blocking it. my blades are outside the DCHP range. and i have tried to change the blade IP do several different IP's 209 - 220. i have tried using a cloud proxy, a self hosted proxy on two different machines.

I am certain that the yellow light is meaning something. Not a single one of my other blades ( and i have a lot ) have the solid yellow light on the Ethernet port.

strange. solid yellow light could mean a few things. normaly in computer world it means its using 100mbps and green for 1gbps. if you can connect to the blade then its capable of mining. it could also mean the blade dosnt have internet access.

check the settings make sure your using a stratum proxy or getwork pool like bitminter.

Well, i have tried connecting to both, what makes it strange is that it is yellow the second it gets power. Even my other blades dont turn yellow the second they get turned on. I am prone to believe that it is not getting some sort of access, but find it strange that i can connect to the blade through web browser. I have tried taking it to a friends and plugging it in to his setup and i get the same result if that helps any, i am still at a total loss.
check network cable, both ends.
check if router not blocking.it from.accessing stratum.

So i got a V2 blade that has a solid yellow light on the Ethernet pulg. I can connect to the blade just fine via web browser. and i got it configured correctly, it is not restarting, no X's on any chips. but not mining. Did a factory reset, and re-configured. just sits there with its yellow light on and is not hashing. I have spent about 2 hours trying to figure it out and cannot get anywhere with this.

Any of you who have tinkered with these boards on a component level have any ideas? The green light is flashing like the rest of them are. just this 1 has a solid yellow light.

If you can tell me whats up, and help me get this fixed i will pay a .1 BTC bounty for your troubles. Only if you can provide an answer with resolution. Please dont link to other threads, i have read and tried them all that is why i am starting my own.
