A lot of scams happening here and sometimes it was BOLD enough to see, that is why we need to be more careful and make searches, or else we become a victim to them.

hi friends sorry i can't answer every your comment since this thread was created but i would like to thank those of you who are willing to listen to my bad experience and the good news is that some binomo affiliator parties or companies that are on behalf of the trading platform under the guise of gambling, have been established as a suspect. I'm a little relieved even though my money is not fully refunded but at least they deserve to spend their time on cell 

And those around me have acknowledged that bitcoin is not part of a trading platform like the binomo platform. after I told about the history of bitcoin and also about blockchain technology. although with the help of google 

They are gambling, I mean how can it be trading, it is like mere chance whether a particular price will go up or low in a time interval of 1 minute? 10 minutes? How is income generating even from it except that it is purely gambling and a mere chance that you might win or lose, not something even close to investments or "trading" lol. It is obvious that you will lose money, gambling is meant for losing money lol, trading requires patience, and is a profession unlike gambling.

Another victim of Binomo platform. I have found so many people as victims of Binomo.
So sad to know that, but did you take some lessons from this? Sorry, I don't blame you, but have you noticed the risks that you will probably get when taking Binomo? Because all Binomo users have been warned several times. But, money promises are sweeter than advice.
Right now, you can do nothing. You cannot get your money back. What you can do is by taking the lesson from your experience, never trust easily to that platform or similar platform in the future. You should analyze and listen carefully to other people who give advice to you., don't only think about the profits that are promised, because in trading and investing, there is no guarantee of profits will come to you 100%

Although we don't know if your story about losing $300K is true but, to be honest, I don't know when you newbie will ever learn because it never right from the beginning to make of an exchange or gambling site that has no reputation or not recommended by green trust member of this forum.
If your story is true, I hope you learn from your mistake and don't do the same thing again.

who introduced you to use that platform? Because to be honest i never heard that platform before.
And also it will be better if you will tell us the whole story how you lost your money in just a seconds from that platform. They took it or you trade it?  
Because if you trading and suddenly that things happen it means you did something wrong that's why you burned your account without knowing..
However if they took it, i mean your money disappear on it, surely it's a scam trading platform. But yet i don't see any negative feedbacks about binomo..
And lastly why did you trust that platform for such amount?

You made a grave mistake for mistaking Bitcoin for binomo shit and whatever.. crypto as a whole has developed a huge branch and it doesn't guarantee that these sub branches are in the same operating schedule, it's not!
You would have made proper investigations about the platform before investing money on it. Binomo isn't what you thought it is and you would have understood that every platform without decentralization and proper affiliation with crypto is made to Robb users of thier cash, all in the name of crypto. Sorry about your loss cus people keep reporting issues like this here and I have one advise for everyone that passes through this same problem; avoid what you don't have full eligible details about and ask questions when necessary to know your next moves....

Well, I would really feel bad for it but somehow, most of the time our experience will give us some learnings that we can never forget. This is really not, as for sure after experiencing like this we probably change our style and most probably, we make a thorough research of the platform before we gonna use them for the sake of not happening again.

I only have 3$ of last savings, I have to pay my bills today. And I don’t know what to do, I am now an ambassador in one project, but it is not known when the payments will be. I didn't eat food for 2 days. And I think that 300k $ I would never dispose of it wrong, because for me it is a very huge amount of money...

Binomo disguises as a trading site but in reality it's operation is more like gambling and their spread is well wide making it even more risky for their trading gamblers so I call them. The loss was quite huge instead been a  victim to this again try out trading on a reputable exchange that will guarantee you a good spread and exact market volatility

Can you explain how it is possible for someone to invest so much money in a platform that they are not even sure what it is about? Honestly, it seems to me that you lost some possible profit, and not your $300k that you invested in that platform - and if that's not the case, then you really did one of the biggest stupid things in your life when it comes to finances.


Social networks are a paradise for scammers, and when someone goes looking for ways to make money on YT, everything is more than clear - you are doomed from the first second when you play some video that promises success overnight.

Well for what you are already experience and notice about it maybe you should tell the people around you that its your mistake for believing that binomo is a trading site and bitcoin didn't do anything on that for sure they will understand on what you are going thru and also they possibly learn from the mistake you take. Maybe what you can do for now if you seek for exchange go to coinmarketcap and choose the top 1 or maybe atleast the top 3 exchange since they are the best one to pick if we want to trade.

I've only heard a little about Binomo and seen ads about Binomo on social media and on Google Playstore but I never tried it because I didn't want to get caught up in their game.

Platforms like Binomo and others that use the name crypto and end up being scammed only make cryptocurrency bad and make people not trust cryptocurrencies. It's very sad because these people don't see the potential of cryptocurrency itself but only see and know from a platform that turns out to be a fake.

$300k?? That's a whole lot of funds and am even more perplexed that your major concern isn't losing such amount of money but about what people around you think and have to say.

Because as we all know, Fiat has also been used to a wide extent to scam persons yet we all haven't considered it as scam. Let people learn to make researches before concluding on something the have little or no knowledge about.

If one cannot be their own bank, and protect themselves in the Bitcoin network through doing their own research, then they prolly ought not to be here, it is not the fault of Bitcoin/the network, it is on every individual who comes in and doesn't care to garner the necessary knowledge but goes straight into investing, goes on to lose funds and then turn around to blame the network, when it comes to Bitcoin, people immediately fail to remember that we are responsible for our safety whether it is Bitcoin or fiat you have in your possession.
And you shouldn't, just ensure to verify the legitimacy of any website you intend to use going forward, there are quite a whole lot of scam methods/scammers out there, but it ain't too difficult to stay away from it.

I've heard about this binomo project before but why choose this platform for trading even if it's a gambling platform? Why not Binance exchange or kucoin? If it's true that you don't know about binomo been a gambling platform why still use it?.

It is very sad to have an experience like this , that money is so huge to lose within a shot time.  In the beginning of a journey like this sometimes bad events happens that are so painful like this that makes one get mad to fall for such mistakes, simce it has happened  like this it will help to avoid mistakes like this that you may come across in the again. Bad experience opens the eyes to be very smart and makes one learn faster, am very sure what have just happened will not repeat itself again, you can also help others with your stories to be careful not to make the same mistake that made you lose much amount of money. I am quite surprised you are more worried about people around you think crypto being scam  you can gamble with fiat too, does that make fiat scam? < tell that to people

I haven't used the Binomo platform but I have heard of it a number of times. Strictly speaking, I don't think Binomo is purely a gambling site. It is perhaps a trading platform that has a unique approach to it. It is like a hybrid platform. Instead of making the typical order, you will simply predict whether the price will rise or fall. Although I haven't used it, the mechanism sounds simple enough. You choose your coin, time duration for your trade, amount, and finally the forecast.

I feel sorry for you, but $300,000? And you didn't even know what kind of platform it is? Didn't you make a research first? Is $300,000 too small for you to just risk it just like that?

Anyway, if the people around you immediately think that crypto is a scam because of your loss, then they don't know about it yet. They need time. If they are really interested and exert effort to understand, then they will be enlightened. If they don't, then they will remain ignorant. But I guess you could help them understand that Binomo is not crypto.

Binomo is a very popular platform in my country, there are so many advertisements about Binomo and moreover supported by some popular influencers of Binomo affiliate. And yes, currently, the Binomo problem is very happening in my country, so many people report Binomo because they feel that they are deceived and also Binomo is a scam platform. And this only makes the affiliation of the Binomo richer and richer from the percentage of the profits or loss of the users.

Afaik, Binomo is not legal in my country, it is not even under the law of Bappebti as an institution that is usually concerned with trade and investment. And for a long time, Bappebti and various parties have warned about Binomo, that Binomo is not a trading platform like other exchanges that are under the legal auspices of Bappebti. And Binomo is illegal.

However, it is also human, many of them believe more in the popular influencers and affiliates who promise big profits by trading "gambling" on the platform. Btw, because of Binomo, the image of cryptocurrencies in my country is getting worse, because they think all trading platforms are gambling platforms and are prohibited or said to be haram, even though that is different.
Be smart and careful in any cases, never do whatever that we exactly don't know, if we don't understand yet, better to learn at first and try to listen to other people from two sides so that we can understand and take consideration of what we are going to do, moreover related to the money like this that really has high risks.

That is the reason why you have to understand a site very well before adventuring into the site for investment or any other capital or financial related matters, scammers are everywhere with different varieties of methods, strategies to deceive people in order to take over their money, what i have to say, that you have ti ensure you have scrutinized, peruse, penetrate into any site before getting into crediting of finance.

After a lot of losses that occurred almost hundreds of millions dollars or even more.now the government  announced that BINOMO is officially a trading site under the guise of gambling.

how the binomo system works, in design similar to trading sites in general but in fact is a dupe.
Profits made by fraudsters:
70% for the owner of the mentor/affiliator
30% for binomo owners
and the profit they make is from user funds/result of my money/other victim's money (losses deposit)

I personally haven't lost any faith/interest in bitcoin. I fully believe in bitcoin/cryptoqurrency assets because they are real digital assets. whereas the binomo site is bullshit 

That's how you will lose money all the time if you just read about the name of the site instead of looking for more information about it. Anyway, if the site is a scam then once you deposited you will only lose it and won't be able to gamble, trade or whatever you want. However, that's just blmy conclusion as we don't know how you find that site and how you lose your funds. For how long do you have known the site?. If it's too long enough then it's safe to say that it's not a scam but if you just know about it then that's what cause you to experience losing funds. Regarding to the threads above that's just a review or questions that will serve as your guide if you ever made a research about it.

You deposit bitcoin into a website which you thought it's an exchange and you can trade there. But after you deposited, you understood it's a gambling website, not an exchange. Am I getting you right?

What did you do after you understood that it's a gambling website?
Didn't you try to withdraw the fund? Or you wager the fund an lost it? Or you tried to withdraw, but they didn't process the withdrawal?

Fiat has been used for scams over time, but it has not been associated with scam over the years. Anyone who does not believe in bitcoin as a result of a scam news (real or fake) never actually researched on it and needed a reason to validate that.
The general public is much larger than the people around you and this would not tarnish the image of cryptocurrencies.

There are a lot of scam websites over the internet trying to steal your money, whether it's crypto or fiat.
Indeed, crypto is easier to steal, hence you have to do a basic research before using the services of whatever platform or website.
If they came with a too-good-to-be-true offer, you should have been even more wary.

Unfortunately coming afterwards and complaining doesn't help much, since Bitcoin transactions are not reversible. May help others in the future.
And people were/are fed by media with stories like bitcoin is scam, bitcoin is drug money, bitcoin is an environmental disaster and so on. If they choose to trust without researching... pretty sad... tell them watch the movie Wag The Dog for a start. It may be an eye opener.

That is quite alot of money you lost there. I would have asked why you invested such amount but I remember I was a victim.
Maybe, I was not aware of the golden rule of not investing what you can afford to lose. I trusted man like God and it costs me much.
I am a victim, you are a victim, even the man reading this post is a victim. There's hardly anyone that has not fallen to scammers in this space. But we should endeavour to learn from experience and learn to keep trusting the system(bitcoin).

Don't worry about people. It's a good thing you didn't go the easy way, and didn't choose to believe all crypto is a scam because you happened to fall for a bunch of scammers. In the future, you'll be more careful, and you won't fall for that kind (or any kind, hopefully) of scam. Some people will have no choice but to admit (as I did) they were wrong, and crypto is not a scam. Some others will choose to keep their heads firmly buried in the sand. In any case, it's their loss.
