Just saying, if they don't use split key generation then it's highly likely they have a copy of your private key and hence will be able to steal your funds any time they like. My advice is to NOT use this service until they offer split key generation and delete any of the addresses generated by them and not use them. If you want a vanity address the best way is to do it yourself on an offline computer using vanitygen/oclvanitygen.
not everyone got this option to do it by yourself, i can do in reasonable time maybe 4-5 letters max
i will trust them, time will tell if they are honest, people trust blockchain.info with their wallet online, which is also based on trust only

hm...
who can assure you that they wont import this address into their wallet and withdraw funds whenever are available?
this "Security
Security is our top priority. After address generation is complete we send it to you with chosen delivery method.
Immediately after that our automatic process delete every trace of generated address.
Because of that, after we send it to you, we can't recover it if you will lose email or post will loose envelope.
However we could offer refund in this case and generate another vanity address of same phrase.
"  is not remotely convising.
It seems like a very very bad idea to use this service (even with those prices).

Recently was searching for vanity generation website. Saw couple topics here, but they were up to 6 letters long and a lot of manual/complicated operations to do before receiving address.
Now i found http://bitcoinvanitygen.com which i fall in love now. Entered address which i like, clicked once, writed my email and i got my address in 15 minutes.
Generated couple free and then i decided for paid one.

I think its worth spreading word about.
