It depends what can be proven or not, and different countries have different laws and enforcement of their laws. I just send to a false name with regular mail so it can't be traced back to me and the receiver can always denies it's his/hers and when such a envelope gets lost I just send a new one. Also I send only to trusted family and friends and not random people so the chance they're going to rat me out is small.

If police catch pack like this in EU you and recipient will have problems.. Sometimes big problems for little thing. Even if in many places (countries) you can smoke and grow only for yourself, sending or giving can be taken as selling - and it is illegal. In rest of countries - troubles!

I'm from the Netherlands and grow weed for a long time, I do ship little bags to friends and family as long as it is in the EU is the risk low. I guess Canada have better regulation these days, not sure about their shipping policies, but I like their idea a lot and if there are risks it is on the receivers side most of the times.
