regardless of your electricity i would go with s7 or simply wait for the next asic generation

because with more efficiency you also save on the psu not only on electricity, people tend to forget about this aspect...

You really need to do some research. Asking someone to do all of this really takes it away from you on learning. Sounds like you know what you need to learn... start looking on forums.

You should enjoy researching it and learning it. If you don't I highly suggest not getting into the game. Most of the time someone comes in asking all of this they end up not investing in the end in almost all cases.
