I have similar issue. I made a transfer but then cancelled but now it's stuck in some kind of limbo with coins not in my wallet or vault. Coinbase support sucks and they do not even reply to my emails. I am going to take legal action against these moppets if they don't get my money unstuck in a hurry. But i remember that someone told, if we want to withdraw from coinbase wallet, we've to wait for 48 hrs (i didn't remember the time exactly).
i have already withdraw my money from the vault , i get the 2 confirmation link in my 2 emails , i waited 48h and everything is okay , but now , when i want to withdraw since the first step it says : your withdraw is already on progress , i tried to change the amount (lower and higher ) same thing happens
