Good question samtheman, I have also had trouble sifting threw all the information in regards to preferable trading sites. I'll be sure too watch this thread and see what others think are good options.
Ah k thanks for that Mike and everyone else. It seems there is problems with other trading sites too as per reading other msgs on here, read several already where guys have claimed the trading sites stole their money.

how about getting money out?
I sold a small number of coins there last week and attempted to make a very small withdrawal. Noticed that their withdrawals page has no form, merely suggests that you email them if you wish to make a withdrawal via bank wire. I sent two e-mails last week and a support ticket two days ago. They haven't replied to any of my messages yet, let alone processed the withdrawal. I'm obviously a little annoyed at having to post about this. A timely response of "We have received your withdrawal instructions, they look good, we'll process it within X days" would have even made me happy. Instead i've got nothing.
VOS is very professional. They are great for trading to/from fiat. You can get a good deal on selling Peercoin here.

Hello, first time im hearing of this site (I am pretty new though). I know that cryptsy seems to be a popular exchange.
Hi all newbie here, so what do you guys think of vault of satoshi (VOS) for trading coins on? Looks easy enough to get money in (go to bank with wire transfer address and wire transfer it) how about getting money out? Any other recommended sites? Just reading about passwords/wallets/safety etc now WTF!!! so much information to learn...
