1. What is the maintenance cost and what happens if I don't pay?
The maintenance cost is the monthly fee you pay us to keep your card active.
If you do not pay the maintenance cost, your card will be canceled.
We will also not charge BHW members a maintenance fee for the first 3 months.



3. How long does it take to issue the cards?
It takes 5-15 minutes when we are active.
Cards with a balance of $1000 or more can take 1-3 business days to issue.


4. How long does it take to refill my card?
It is completed within 5-30 minutes.
It may take 1-3 business days to process your $1000+ reloads.


5. Do I need my details to issue a card?
No, we do not. We do not require any information/documentation from you to issue cards.


6. Where is it prohibited to pay with my card?
It is forbidden to make payments with our cards to accounts of legal entities (Russia-Ukraine), crypto exchanges, gambling/betting/ dating/adult content sites.
If we find that you have made such payments with cards, we will cancel your service without refund.


7. Can I withdraw the balance on my card?
Yes, you can.
We can transfer the remaining balance on your card to your crypto address after a 10% transaction fee.
Transfers may take 1-3 business days.
The min. transfer amount is $20.


8. Can I get a refund on my card?
Yes, you can.
You can get money back to your card.
Refunds come to your card automatically.



9. My card did not work or gave an error when creating an account on some websites, what should I do?
In some cases, the card may not be the source of this problem.
Please refer to our refund policy for further information.


10. A website sent a verification code to my card statement. Can you give it to me?
Yes.
We can forward the verification codes you receive from PayPal etc. websites to you upon your request.


11. Can I get a special discount if I buy a large number of cards per month or my card spending is quite high?
Yes, we can. We can provide you with special agreements.

Your purchased card may not work for various reasons, in this case contact us and we will start a review for you.
Our cards have been tested on most websites and we have personally confirmed that they work.

My card didn't work on a website you tested.
Sometimes the card not working or giving an error is not related to the card.
It might have something to do with your account on the website or your account creation process.
For example, when creating a new account on Google Adwords, Bing ADS, Pinterest ADS, various cloud platforms (Linode, DigitalOcean, AWS, etc.), you may be flagged by the fraud prevention systems used by the platforms.
In this case, your card may not work or companies may request additional verification.
In such cases, we may refund 90% of your card balance (Card issuance and Balance top-up fees are non-refundable).

My card didn't work on a website you haven't tested.
If your card doesn't work on a website we haven't tested, you can contact us. We will start a review for you.
The review can take approximately 24 hours or less.
During the review, we will try to create an account using a card issued by the same bank, add the card to the account and make a payment if necessary.

1. If the review is successful and the card works, this means that the problem was caused by you.
In this case, we can refund you 90% of your card balance (Card issuance and Balance top-up fees are non-refundable).

2. If the review is unsuccessful and the card does not work, this means that the business has blocked our card or our card provider has blocked the business.
In this case, we will give you a 100% refund.
