I sell the VCC epostepay with 3 euro balance inside. may occur paypal accounts and other sites like skrill etc etc.
Payment in bitcoin.
is a postpaid in effect with some limitations, the following limits:
maximum loadable 2500 € / year
commissions charged via tobacconist 2 €
tested on paypal and some Italian eu and it works fine with no problems.
