I found the issue - leaving this here in case anyone else searches the same issue. I used DDU to uninstall the GPU drivers but when I went to reinstall it wouldn't take - it would error out.
I found that my Windows updates was stuck at 0%. So I found a guide online on how to delete the windows updates and restart them. After updating Windows all the way I was able to reinstall the driver and it worked!
-Originally Windows was updated all the way -Originally I was able to install the GPU driver just fine.
This is why I was so confused - even though the GPU driver was installed it was not working properly the first go round!
Hope this helps some others in the future.

Hello - I have a rig I am building that currently uses 3 MSI VEGA 56's.
When I run CG miner it instantly closes. Including "pause" after the .bat file does not stop it and let me see any errors.

I should also say there seems to be some sort of power issue maybe. When I turn on the rig initially the monitor will flash and return, and the GPU's seem to get quieter after as if they aren't receiving enough power? This happens after complete startup and desktop is viewable.

-H81 PRO BTC R2.0
-EVGA 1300 WATT PSU
-3x MSI VEGA 56 8gb

I am worried that since these cards are new that no-one will know how to correct this issue.

All help is greatly appreciated!
