Looks okay, surely some upside potential can be found here. Perhaps a good chance to buy it and hold untill the moment it reaches top100 in terms of market cap.
It's not so steady as you said but this is a good coin consider from its total marketcap and daily trade volume. The only thing that makes me doubt of this coin is only giving small ROI

but i think this is not a pump and dump coin my friend,
because as i see in the market list, this coin listed on binance and all of us know if binance is very selected exchange to add any cryptocurrency project in their exchange
