Verge was intended to be a privacy oriented coin, seen as an alternative to monero now is changing to adapt (or just to increase in price).

I would not be surprised if on April 17 they say that the partner refused to cooperate because of the recent hacker attack on this coin (when the swindler extracted the blocks much faster). It will be fun )
