I have the exact same question: How to send Verge from a paper wallet?
I tried the Verge windows wallet but it did not work as the private key was not recognized.

How do you access or drain this paper wallet? I know you have to scan or input your PRIVATE address but what program(s) do you use for this?
For VERGE, will this scan then drain the paper wallet? I have heard some coins pull immediately somehow and some are just accessing the wallet to allow for transfer of some or all.
I want to be exactly sure how things work for VERGE, not Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency.
