Is it possible to top up the account balance (more than 50$)? Or is it possible to top up the VCC used for billing?

If not, which good VCC providers are out there for verification purpose?

Yes, I see what is stated. But usually with Google there is always some type of verification when adding billing. After adding a payment method would I need to send them documents?

@LouisVuitton, you don't need to add another billing info or credit c because source of payment & billing info's will be added to each of these account.

Except you want future payment to be in your name & address.

I will set-up adword advertising account for you!
Add billing information to the account

Send the following Info to you:
√ Asociated email account
√ Associated password

NOTE : a billing address and prepaid card with small credit therein can help you to launch a new advertising campaign for the first 30 day's or before your reach the first billing thresh hold limit of $50

This will work well for new domain,url or those advertising for the first time via google adwords.
They might decline or suspend the account if, the associated url or link to your website is associated with another adwords account.
