I think you installed armory. Try it to be certain before you start using it.

No, I want to verify that it hasn't been tampered with.   The installation part is easy. Thanks anyhow.  (or did I misinterpret you?)

I misunderstood you, the installation is good but I cannot confirm if it has been tampered with or not Wink

I have seen this post, but it didn't help me:  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/trouble-verifying-downloaded-files-amory-offline-bundle-in-ubuntu-474119

Everything seems to be going fine until this step:  dpkg-sig --verify *.deb
when I get the error E: Cannot find *.deb: no such file

So I extracted armory_0.92.3_offline_ubuntu_12.04-32.tar.gz to Downloads, and I still got an error.

Then I changed directory to the OfflineBundle, and this time I just got a list of "Processing ___________.deb"  without a GOODSIG line.

To test that the other three steps were done properly, I downloaded the normal installer, and tested that, and it all worked fine.

Does this mean that I installed a faulty version of Armory, or am I just doing something terribly wrong?

Thanks!
