This is the amount sent overall in the block, with all the transactions in it.  That means that the one with 37,000 BTC in it was all of the 2,291 transactions in the block.

There have been way crazier transactions in the past, such as this one (sending 194,993 BTC a long time ago).

If you're talking about it being unusual that the mean average amount sent in a transaction is a large amount, that's just because fees are very high.  Microtransactions are impractical, so people send large ones instead because Bitcoin is good for that (and very secure).

Yeah sure it is the way it should work. It is not that easy to send such big chunks of bitcoins without that much data processed.

Aliens...

2000 transactions and 20k-40k coins moved.
Nothing special.Actually today is pretty quiet.

Most of the large ones are usually exchanges collecting or transferring coins between wallets.

And nobody should bother about them anyhow.
There are trillions moving right now between banks and nobody gives a damn.

Who is moving all these coins and why? Sorry if this is in wrong topic, but i don't know where to put it(please don't say in trash Cheesy)
