You've been given suggestions for contacting the support. For now, contact Coinbase's support and explain everything. Once you're done, you're good to close the thread temporarily.

And if it's been solved or had an update, you can re-open the topic. You'll only get the same suggestions because it's an internal problem on Coinbase's side. They might require you to fulfill KYC if you haven't done so.

Nothing lasts forever
It would be best providing the transaction hash for us to help you check, where you might have gone wrong and find a possible solution to your problem. That's by the way you can contact the support of Coinbase to help you check that would still be better. Coinbase seems to be a sucker of late as there are several concerns raised about the exchange. They had better fixed themselves up.

It does looks like you made a transaction.
If you want to know what exactly happened with your deposit then you should contact the coinbase support and show them this transaction.
Tell them you made a withdrawal showing them the transaction hash so that they can provide a better resolution.

The transaction is confirmed and approved, I think it'd be an internal synchronization error from coinbase wait a few more house to know what next steps to put in measure.
thank you. that is what i am seeing also. my question is how do i confirm i sent to the right or wrong address when i cannot figure out what address WAS the RIGHT one to send it to as the exchange addresses change for every transaction. its like i have a receipt but it doesnt say what store i paid only my payment info lol atleast i dont know hoe to figure it out as the terminology seems to be a little different on some things.
I dont know exactly how Coinbase Pro works. If there's no timer along with their address, then it should not change till payment is made. But, whether the address you paid is actually own by Coinbase or not can only be confirmed by Coinbase Support.

Maybe they need too many confirmations? I do not give the exact number, but I have seen that more than 1000 confirmation is required for ABC hard fork.
You need to double-check that you were sent to the correct address and then contact the support team to make sure that you sent you to the correct address and that you received a sufficient number of confirmations.

Sometimes the balance is not updated if the source of the funds is unknown, so make sure that you got that money from official sources.

I do not understand how to check the address that was tied to BCH on coinbase because everytime you click on the address to view it the issue a new one as they are different foe every transaction. i do have the inputs and outputs of the transaction but i do not know what to do with them
Imagine, you have sent your BTC to the address- "X", you got an tx for that from Coinbase in all of your tx, didn’t you? Click on the tx you are talking about and get the tx id. Check the tx id in the explorer and check whether in this tx id, your destination address is included.

So you sent it to the same address and it was reflected? Then it is likely a synchronization issue. Nothing much you can do except trying to reach the support and state your problem.

Btw, in the future, there's no need to send another coin to test the balance. If you see your address on a block explorer and it reflects your fund correctly that should be enough as a sanity check. You can use a block explorer and paste the TXID too.

By saying the "Coinbase exchange" I suppose you wanted to say Coinbase Pro.

No need to pay someone for help with something as simple as your case. Anyone who asks you for money for a simple question is a real fucker. :/

The problem may simply come from the platform having trouble synchronizing its database. There's nothing you can do except waiting. But if you've done everything right there's no problem.

You can also try to clean your browser cache.
i hope that is the case but as soon as that happened i waited for more confirmations and sent a much smaller amount of money and that went through almost instantly. this was done on an iphone. on my app the transaction is there. on my comuter ( which is just online/ no app) the transaction is nowhere to be found.  as stated i do have the inputs and outputs, but do  not know how to locate anything with them. also this is just coinbase. Not pro.

Have you checked the address you sent your BCH to? There’s a copy paste malware which change your address and replace with hacker address. Check the tx id and check whether the output includes the address you sent your BCH to. If it matches, there might be issue with coinbase exchange.

hello all. I am very new to cryptocurrency and i have recently ran into an issue with a coinbase transaction.   i have made successful transactions in the past so i understand the gist, but i just received 1000$ usd in BCH into my coinbase wallet. i transfered 1000$ usd in BCH from my coinbase wallet to the coinbase exchange ( so i can withdraw into cash) BUUUT!!! my wallet says the transaction is completed and has over 30 confirmations, and the transaction has never showed up in coinbase exchange. i copied and pasted the address and yes it was BCH not bitcoin. i do not understand the lingo enough or the blockchain to be able to do any valid research that will lead me to an answer as to what happened lol. as said in the subject i will pay someone to help me out and explain to me ( definitively) what happened and what to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

If you want the best suggestions then i will suggest you to contact with coinbase team. Mail then you will get your solution.
