Private pre-sales, teams and advisors should have a vesting period that goes in line with the project, normally minimum of 6 months to 2 years (5 in some cases) and the release of those tokens should be staggered adequately month by month. Above all, all vesting periods must be publicly know and, ideally, the positions of the managers should be public.
