I think better to wait since they are announce that they are updating and fixing their website because of segwit from august 1..
Better to wait for their maintenance to be done in 1 week and we will see their site back and running normally again. .

Perhaps it was an unannounced routine updating to their system to incorporate the buying and selling of their favorite Bitcoin Cash (remember, they were the first one to propagate it) or it can be something with their server, which gets choked. I did experience downtime with viabtc sometimes, but they be only for a few seconds.
Up for a few minutes, now down again.
If this will occur for long, try to monitor their activites at Twitter as surely they will tweet something about this.

Anyone else able to login? I am guessing its the load triggered some circuit breaker. Site had been working fine till this (no sign of slowness).
