I decided to transfer all my devices from viabtc
No explanations and the money is frozen in their accounts for a week

How long have you been waiting? From what I experienced they're usually fast on replying but yes if you think about it, there might have been a huge backlog on their support since the other services has it.

Anyway try to also follow up your problem on their SNS below:

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
I had been told that for atrociously high fees, a lot of the time, the mining pools may reimburse you some of the funds for what was clearly a mistake.

The transaction confirmed in about a minute, lol.

Thats correct, you have to contact them and you may present the transaction ID of the transaction with 570 fees you made, they may reimburse more than 500$ of it, and they will depend the fees for the recommended fee like 0.0015 BTC. And signed message will help a lot for faster process.

I can't find the thread but from what I remember, there was this guy in the past who had a similar problem, it just differs in amount and the mining pool as he accidentally entered 1BTC as fee and yes he contacted the pool which relayed his transaction and they did eventually give it back so you should do the same. Just don't forget to provide a signed message of that address as viabtc won't just believe any statement upfront.

After sending an email to them you should also follow it up on their social media accounts below

Look ARROUND!
I recently made a transaction and did a sweep to my electrum wallet. My transaction got stuck and I attempted to push it though using CPFP and ended up spending $570 in fees and only $10 as the output instead of the reverse. This was done using coinb.in

I was guided by reddit to email ViaBTC with a signed BTC address proving the address is mine which I have done and also post here. I'm just hoping to bring light to my situation in hopes that ViaBTC sees this and my situation is resolved.

Total Input   $ 580.98
Total Output   $ 9.99
Fees   $ 570.99
Fee per byte   15,105.804 sat/B
Fee per weight unit   3,776.451 sat/WU
Estimated BTC Transacted   $ 0.00

The transaction is: 48f554ab65dca6a60e2abf5a10f87a573966d4299278173a6e1bc7a704e7387a

Can anyone at all please help?

There's probably nothing that you can do now that the transaction has 547 Confirmations.
Try contacting the company.

I would like to ask you: How fast did the transaction confirm?
