Dear All,
Beware of VIABTC. It seems to be an organised scam, fraud, crime etc.!
At some times they just simly don't pay the PPS reward and according to their explanation they think their clients are stupid.
Normally, a PPS payout means that the pool pays you for every share, regardless of pool luck and regardless of mining time. But at VIABTC, sometimes not. Look at this conversation:

Me:
"Dear Support

I mined on your BTC pool in PPS+ mode with my subaccount *** (Workers *** and *** ) around 06/06/2018 20:20 - 20.45 UTC, with an average hashrate of 22PH/s, (peak hashrate around 28,6PH/s).
However, I didn't receive the PPS+ reward. Please fix it.
Proof attached (hashrate screen)

Thanks"

VIABTC answer:
"Thanks for contacting ViaBTC support.
The profit of PPS+ mode consists of two parts: PPS profit and PPLNS profit.
Due to the PPS profit is allocated every 1 hours, but you've mined on BTC pool only 20 minutes. So there was no PPS profit.
Please check your PPLNS profit in your wallet.

Kind regards"

So I was not rewarded because I didn't mined for an hour, only for 20 minutes.
It is not first time, I have proof that it happened minimum two times, but possibly more times also.

I'm suspicious (but I don't have exact proof) that they also stole a Bitcoin cash solo mining reward (12,5 BCHs) when I was mining on their pool in solo mode.
My ASIC showed  that it has been found a block. I know that the statistics of the ASICs are not reliable but there is a little chance that at same time the pool also finds a block.
And of course, they explained, that somebody else was the block founder.

So my advice is to avoid this pool. Avoid it far away.

i think VIABTC scammed me also,
Just bought a contract from them in order to use their the "transaction accelerator" cuz i have a BTC tx thats unconfirmed for almost 30+ hours, so far they didn't enable that customer-only function for me yet, and no e-mail answer aswell.

My another 2 cents, almost a day passed and still no any response from viabtc, but fortunately the transaction that was stuck finally got confirmed.
cheers!!

Public disclaimer, I am not in any way a Bitcoin Cash supporter, although I am thankful for ViaBTC acceleration service. I just wish they did not need to make it about politics when they put up that landing page notice a while back. Anyway, despite my personal feelings towards such things, I highly doubt that they would cheat you for a few dollars when they already provide the service free anyway.

I guarantee you will come back here later and confirm that they in fact have credited you. It is the weekend, come on.

Yes cryptodao scammed more than 3 BTC. That's the worst experience in my trading. I think he should prefer to choose trusted exchanger like bittrex.

Woww 3 btc!!!! That's much bro !!!

A simple problem of delay and you are shouting scam? Learn to wait, bro. If you are waiting for too long, try to contact ViaBTC and not create a thread here claiming ViaBTC as scam when you did not even try to find the real situation is. Just wait!  Wink

The chain is barely alive. Why would you expect a 10 minute block? You sound spoilt.

I don't think ViaBTC is scamming you, you will eventually receive your BCH. The chain doesn't have a lot of miners, blocks aren't mined and transactions are quite slow. Allow it for a day or two, then try to contact them.

Wait for some time, they might not have pushed tx.
I think the network isn't stable. Yes,  he should wait. In Case Viabtc will not send the BCH. When it's been a week the coin not coming, I think he should sent email to ask the confirmation. If there is no answer bring the case to scam accusation. Today low volume exchanger seem to rob the member balance. I also have been scammed by cryptodao. Yes cryptodao scammed more than 3 BTC.
