I don't think there are 'temporary issues'. It looks like they are going bankrupt or something.
I am waiting since 22.12.2017 for my withdrawal of only 680eur.

Could you tell me if your problem is solved?

The exchange is not bankrupt. There should have been some mistake with your payment. Kindly tell us the ticket number to investigate the issue.

My withdrawal still hasn't shown up in my bank after almost a month since it was marked "completed"... definitely abnormal.  Any other victims here with big withdrawal lost?  If there are a lot of people, we should join forces and bring up a class action against CEX.io

I am sure if enough people voice out, the relevant authorities will investigate the matters.  





There are currently temporary issues with transaction processing on the side of our payment providers, and we kindly ask for an apology on the matter. You can be sure that you will receive your money as we are currently doing everything possible to resolve all the issues. Asking you for patience should not be a possible solution. Still, there is not much we can do at the stage. Your funds will not get lost and will reach the destination. For now, please let us resolve all our issues.
