I've relayed this to a good friend of mine that is interested in this and is experienced with video editing and processing.
Edit: He's responded, and his rate is USD$17/hr. I'll handle the payment and transfer it to him (as he does not use cryptocurrency). The payment will be done with escrow via monbux, Vod, or any other escrower that I also trust.
