how large are the files?
if you can upload it and make a torrent for it, i sure can download them. if it dont exceed 50mb, i can receive it from skype.

What kind of videos are its? Are with copyright videos or sounds protected?

Edit: If I understand it correctly you have A video and B video(both with sound) so basically you need merge audio of both A&B and after add it
to A or B(one them but not both) right?
