Just like 'AngelOnCrypto' said, your project requires financing not an ICO. Do you mind showing us your portfolio? Also before you go spend ton of money on all new equipment and stuff remember that most of the ICO's here are Scams, they don't want to invest alot of money upfront. so don't expect tons of sales from the 'Bitcointalk' community.
