A paperwallet is more or less a cold storage wallet that is printed on paper without anyone able to extract the keys. Easiest way to do this correctly is an offline pc with a dumb printer (has no storage feature).

yes, paper wallet is considered a cold storage wallet which is used to store a significant amount of bitcoin usually not to be spent. This was the only one cold storage before the invention of hardware wallet. This is less risky and the safest one. You can set up this wallet using a computer and a printer. no internet is required and no one can hack your private key.
i think i will keep paper wallet very carefully , everyone see it is i lost all .
but paper will easy catch fire or lost . what do i keep it ?

Agree, im less paranoid tho (maybe i should be) and i used online service to create beautiful paper wallet for years to come.
Im happy with it, more secure way is your way for sure.
