Ok they were registered with Godaddy..

we need to find the payment details they used to pay for the hosting/registration.

We can raise this as fraud and get this information and track them down.. its funny to think they can get away with such an amount of money free... LOL  that would be nice.. NOT in 2018 BRO

NO scammers.. we are coming for you.. my friend works for the police.. he will help get the the info..

Also ther will be some instances of them using there own IP or DNS leakon twitter/facebook.. and I have friends deep in there too.... we will get this sorted.. I want my money back.. no one steals from me and gets away with it.. NO ONE.
I don't think you can find correct information about them. If they have a plan to scam, they will use fake information to work. ID, passport, email, credit card are sold a lot on the internet, the IP they used to work can be fake via Vip72, escort, HMA.

I'm in the Twitter Campaign.

We can not do anything because they really want to do it.
We are grateful and no money is lost to us because investors are really the first ones to be affected.

I'm sure the impact will be on the ICOs because many people can no longer invest.

Thats why I've restricted my interest in two types of ICO.
One that have working product or service.
Other that is highly popular, so that small buzz would bring attention of large number of people.

Today, faced with yet another scam Projects - Vionex. Sad
Yesterday ended ISO. They Collected more than 4100000 $ !!! They had a good site, white paper and the rest. Nothing promised trouble.
Today their site has ceased to work, the accounts on twitter, facebook and telegraph have been removed. Topic forum also deleted.
Do you have any tips on how to avoid such scams? what specifically should I pay attention to?  Undecided

yeah. VIONEX is scam. I search their site and that's no longer exist.
Regarding how to avoid scam, we can't guarantee if the project is scam or not. Even the project looks promising and genuine, scam is scam. We will know at the end of the ICO. So, you can do is pray that the project that you invest your effort and time is not scam.

This is going too far. Like many of you people, I didn't see this one coming. I didn't invest, since I thought there are too much competitors in smart home industry, but never did I thought it might be scammers.

It looked even better then a lot of non-scam ICOs...

We need regulation, this is toxic for blockchain and crypto ecosystem. We need to stop that far west thing.

This isn't the right section for this topic. You should move it to the Scam Accusations section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
. The vionex ICO is a jaw dropping scam. I actually wanted to make a thread on it until I saw this.
Thank you for your comment. I agree with you that this topic is written in the wrong category ... Just at the time of writing the topic, I could not fully believe that the project SCAM.

Oh that's sad. I saw that vionex, actually I'm even updated to their twitter news. I didn't even think that they will just scam. Tsk. These days, it's really hard to find a trustworthy campaign.

Of a truth, no one would have believe that Vionex could efface like that. Almost everything looked right and virtually every one that invested into it would nit have believed that it could just disappear into the thin air. There are couple of other projects like that. Well, just as they always say, investments are like risks. It's either you gain or you loose.

I could have spotted this as something suspicious or fake. Looking at the white paper, the logo is distorted and looks horrible. The white paper is also only 13 pages long which is very short. It also only has 1 review on ICO bench!
