From start of Virtapay i was a member, but after the moment they changed to Virtacoin, i never heard anything evermore nor did they ever write my old account over to Virtacoin.
Until now whatever i ask or whomever i write to, i never get an answer about what happened to my old account income, which imho implicates they deliberately took what was mine and left me standing outside in the cold.

I guess they were not trying to make a run with your money because I have seen people who commented below that they had similar issues and they were able to sort it out and got their money back. So you should do the same thing by copying your private keys and exporting them to the new platform. As I was reading your post I thought it was one of those projects where they will convert to a new blockchain and leave no means to roll over.

Because I have experienced such a thing once, I invested in a coin and stored in my Trust wallet and since I am not the type that’s always active, I prefer to just buy coin and then leave it there until I feel like to check it out, so one day I checked and it happened that this particular coin the team has switched and there was no way for me to move it, even their telegram group, they moved everything, so I just has to go to my Trust wallet and delete the coin from there.

I'm also a member of old virtapay, and the conversion made me confused until now I did I get my virtacoin. Can anyone help me to get my virtacoin...

This is where I am still at.
I have been trying for years to get my virtacoin into something.  I was told it was converted to bitcoin but cannot access anything, still to this day.  Is there no information and no one to assist?

I am also in the same pot having problem to access my private key. I tried everything possible to get in touch with virtapay admin but was not able to. It hurts that after spending years accumulating virtapay $ when it was time to convert, they did a "the I see, the less I understand" trick. I have come to know that a lot of they loyal members were schemed out when the real show began. I still would like to gain access to my lost balances and convert to the virtacoin now being used.

good news. VTA will be up

I share the same fate with you. The bad part is, I can't even access my virtapay account anymore.  It's very sad.

You balance was converted int virtacoins, you'll find a private key in your virtapay account with your coins, you'll need to import the private key into a wallet in order to spend the balance.

Show me the way to find my private key, as virtapay never warned me before, nor ever bothered to answer my questions, so far i can't see it anything else then a scam, as long as i don't get my earnings.

I got my key and imported it into the virtacoin wallet. It gave me my coins, but it took ages for the wallet to download the blockchain and sync. Be prepared for a long wait and for high CPU usage whole it indexes. There must be hundreds of thousands of virtapay/virtacoin keys for it to index before your coins show up, and indexing them takes a long time.
