Why don't you try freelancing sites? There are so many sites out there that will hire if you really have that skills. Finding a client here will be hard for you because of your newbie rank.

If I read the post right he is selling Virtual assistant he doesn't want to buy the service he is the one offering, is the VA a real person or a bot/script?

He said "for hire" so that means he is looking for work. But no one will pay $20 an hour! A real assistant or secretary will even just cost $20 per day! No hour. Then what qualifications do you have to even be able to ask for that much money? Even programmers don't charge that much. Don't expect anyone will take you seriously.
