After Visa ban, i wait new cards from Spectrocoin too. They couldn't start to roll out and do not answer what is the progress with Mastercard. They already have a strong KYC with idnow.de, live screening in phone and passport hologram check under flashlight.

Capitalism is against de-centralization and anarco money (rejects the government control under liberal rules). So as result, no cards as of today Smiley

i was using wirex for a long time and they suspended all credits cards you didnt read the newspaper i think . i am using still wirex in my android device and still you cant create one.
You're the one whose not reading any news.
The blocked card happened because their Debit Card Provider, Wavecrest, has blocked all bitcoin based Debit Card. This issue affects every Bitcoin Debit Card, not just Wirex.
It affects like Cryptopay, Bitwala, and majority of Bitcoin Debit Card.
Recently Wirex strikes a deal with another Debit Card Provider and they just started to rolling out Debit Card for UK customer, if you can't create it means that you are in the waiting list and will need to wait for Wirex to roll out their cards into your territory.

I work very often with Giftocard (www.giftocard.com). They are in the Caucasus, issue a prepaid Mastercard VCC (no ID required) that has never given me any problems until now. The first load would be at 50 USD (35 on card) and card is issued a few hours after payment is made (by Prepaida, a 3rd party). And yes they do accept bitcoins (among the other Payment methods).
Interesting, how can Giftocard issue a VCC without KYC when most debit card requires KYC in order for the card to be issued, especially when dealing with cryptos Huh

wirex not works moree!! they have blocked cards.

Stop posting FUD. They have been offering cards for a while now again. If you think that im wrong, post some kind of source about all cards being blocked and back your words with some kind of evidence.

There is also Mistertango, it's European provider. I don't know for what country do you need the card.
You can get it for free and rather quick (plastic one) but you also have to prove your identity but I guess this is a standard procedure for very card because of regulations. Fees are high but you don't have much choice if you want bitcoin debit card.

If OP decides to use Mistertango I advise him to check the minimum values for their fees, since last time I've checked they were unreasonably high.
An older post of mine contains some relevant links.

The only provider currently with cards, that i know of is Wirex. They have some kind of waiting list, but the cards are "free" as you only pay upon card load. Plastic cards will be coming soon.

They do however require identity verification, because of Visa.
