I have used this one before when I was a starter.

So far, I manage to practice without any real money involved but technically with the same indicators and tools you may need as what will you expect in real leverage trading.
Trading with leverages and use Testnet or demo for your trades are very different from real trades from your bitcoin. Doing your trades with real money causes more emotions, more uncertainty and more inaccurate decisions and orders.
they are different because on demo you are using a fake money but on real trade your using legit money .

we can use demo trade to practice and we can treat it like we are using a legit money , that is because when you step outside on the actual trading arena you can carry all what you have learned .

its hard at first but we need to do it and practice it if we dont want to spend a single dime for practicing in a non demo trade account .

Definitely this will get you better, nobody can deny that, because in virtual trading world you are learning how to get better and you are doing it without losing your real money. However, there are few things you should be very careful about. For example, if you are trading with the knowledge that you are not spending any of your real money, you may end up being a lot more fearless and do trades without actually caring about the result, and if you get lucky and make a profit, you may think you are a good trader but that was all because you acted fearlessly since it was free money.

I would trade as if it is really your money, trade as if they will give you that money if you profit, otherwise you will lose. Secondly and more importantly if you end up profiting, do not think that you will do exactly same on real life neither, you should be careful.

On BitMEX, also pay attention on the cycle and closed time of each Funding and Funding rates. Close your orders before the time is best because you might or might not be charged with fee after that time and around Funding expiration, price usually fluctuates more than usual.

There's also one practice trading that I know in Paper trading. Though the different between the two was bitmex testnet showing not the real or should I say not the actual market movements while in Paper trading practice it showed the actual market flow.

What do you imply with virtual trading and practice trading?

I guess virtual trading when you open your account and do demo trades. Practice trading is when you trade with your real money. If I understood you correct, you can practice with demo trades and learn to get entry, exit price, and price actions but demo trades never help you to practice your emotional control. Emotion is important and you can not trade successfully if you can not control your emotions and orders.
Yes, that's it and you're right. It's the demo for those platforms that allows their users to practice trading which he's telling. This is quite popular these days for those who are starting out and want to learn how the market works. It's a very simple feature yet it's very much effective for those who want to try it without having any investment or real cash to be affected as you do your trade. Virtual money = play money. I used to do this before when my friend also introduced me but it's for the stocks and searching for crypto if there are any, as result, there are really many of them. It doesn't matter if you are too emotional or not but you just have to learn the basics and the wave of the market through that demo account.

Hi guys! I just want to ask if there are websites that are offering virtual trading or practice trading with leverage and with real time market updates? If there is one can you give me the link please. Thank You! I just want to practice trading bitcoin by using virtual trading where the money involved is not real money in order for me to lessen the risks before I open an account in an exchange.

There are so many websites that offer virtual trading, trading view is quite popular. I was once introduced to it but I have not really tried it out, the one that I have tried out is on binary website and I make use of meta trader app somethings. They are quite okay, on meta Trader5 you will have 10000 worth of money to trade with.

Okay lets put up some forex brokers that do offer trading which they do really have that demo thing for those users who do plan to make use of virtual balance and test out their analysis and strategies with those funds but real battle or emotion will pop out when you are already on having that real balance.

Real trading cant really be felt on demo trades because when you are dealing with real money then you would really be having that fear and anxiety towards your trading positions or decisions.

In todays time where there are various crypto platforms offering demo trades or platforms which you can test out and it has been mentioned already
above. No need to repeat with those recommendations.

As others have pointed out, there are a lot being offered by crypto exchanges right now. It's a demo so you can do whatever you want, but make no mistakes about it, you should take it seriously if you really wanted to learn how crypto trading works. You should look at it as real money so that when you go out in the real trading floor, you will know what your going to do, like having stop-loss and and entry and exit plan.
I could not find a virtual demo version of a cryptocurrency exchange on the cryptocurrency market that would be identical to the original, I would be very grateful if such resources were recommended to me. The other demos I've dealt with so far have been a pitiful excuse for virtual trading that is very difficult to take seriously.

I just hope that one day there would be a bit more serious practice places going around, that bitmex thing looks like a game and not really serious, anyone of you tried it? You can literally see it as a game and just have fun and you can end up profiting.

The failure is that when you get free fake money to try, you can fail and get one again and fail and get one again and suddenly you are 100x richer so people think about it like a seriously realistic thing and they end up doing the same thing on the real trading and they end up losing and losing and losing, they can't just lose money forever, so in real life that strategy doesn't work out. This is why I believe if you want to learn trading, do the real thing but with low amount of money so you do know the real thing without hurting too much.

Bitmex have demo trading. You can practice there, while learning how to read indicators it is better to do some demo trading first. But it differs from real trading because it is not the real market integrated on demo accounts.

But if you wanna try real market with fake money you can try here, too;

Those two were platforms I have tried myself before I started to do some actual trading.

How about this one? https://go.etoro.com/en/practice-account

It will give you $100,000 to practice and play around in their platform and see how it goes for you. And then when you have confidence you can go and and venture, used some capital and try to apply what you have learn. If you don't like etoro, there are a lot of crypto exchanges that offer demo/practice trading. Best of luck!!!

Currently we have a lot of exchanges traded using demo accounts. But it only takes time because there are no exchanges giving prizes to demo account trading other than Nominex exchange.
Nominex exchange is now running a demo account trading contest. That means the traders will not spend a penny to receive the prize at all, all just based on the effort and experience of you. I think this is the best and most reputable trading platform right now.
You can sign up for an account here: nominex.io

I have only tried demo/virtual trading on binary options website IqOption, and since then I never tried any other demo trading. I do know about tradingview.com demo trading, but what I am not sure about them is whether their demo trading account is a real time experience or just some kind of simulation.

TradingView is quite popular on this forum and I have seen a lot of people mention them on here. One site I do know, based on what they said, that will give you that real time experience on trading with demo account is Bitsgap.com. you should check out the website, they offer a really good demo trading. There are other websites, but I’m not sure if the experience will be real time; you can check out Plus500, eToro, and PrimeBit.

There's plenty of exchanges that offers a demo account with their platform, mostly they have 3 options to give you when you registered as demo account, The Intro: for beginner, Average: for intermediate, and advance:for pros. I didn't get any experience from this, or to trade using demo account but every time you are selecting each option there is a change of user interface probably for the users to experience most of what they have chose level of trading.

But Imma say, be careful from these as other exchanges have demo accounts but the market volume was manipulated, you get an instant win every time but then when you enter the real time market trading you don't have any idea what's going on. In short those feature was just for user attraction. BE CAREFUL!
Maybe you didn't consider it as too serious that is why you didn't learn from trading on demo accounts, there are lot more we can earn and the difference in interface you are talking about is like more indicators and tools added while trading there.Just use the demo account for learning purpose and there is no necessary you should have to trade on that particular platform only once the time exhausted of your demo account.

Bitfinex offers an account with fictional money so that you can operate, in fact almost all exchanges have that function, but I recommend that you choose those exchanges that you can operate that have take profit and stop loss at the same time.

I tried practicing trading in that platform Bitfinex and it is good as features are really for beginners. Try to use trading simulators so that you will have any idea how trading works in the market. But for me, always use a trading exchange that you are comfortable with so that you will not experience and struggle while trading. Trading exchanges are profitable depending on your control so as soon as possible, find an exchange that will make you understand how stop-loss works.

Really!  first please, take the free time that you will lose practicing, in reading the theory, the basics go by parts, the theory leads to practice.

This is not difficult to learn how to do it, but it can take a lifetime to master.

Cryptocurrency trading is so easy to get into that you can start trading with $ 1, don't be afraid.

sorry, but if you had read good theory on the subject, you would not be asking the OP's question, but a more advanced one related to the process of buying and selling cryptocurrencies.

We want to earn money without investing time in knowledge and even less investing with the confidence that we can take part of our capital to practice.

If you understood the basics of cryptocurrencies you would know that you can trade with minimal amounts, practice and maybe earn something in the process.

The plattform Bitsgap offers demo trading, too:

This is a multi-exchange trading platform. So you can trade automatically with an account on Bitsgap on all major exchanges. Of course this is very interesting for arbitrage traders. But the services of the site are not free, they already charge about 20$ per month for the beginner account. But you already get the support for 2 trading bots.

Until now, I have not seen such an option, almost all brokers have this option for traditional markets, I have not yet seen it for crypto

Despite if you don't see it for crypto, you can get it with forex platform. Some have pairs with bitcoin and Usd, so you can demo practice and get some experience with that.
It is available for crypto as well, one of the reputed trading platform called e-Toro offers such kind of demo trading with the capital of $1000 and it is same as the real trading activities so it maybe helpful for OP if he want to practice. But demo account may not bring the real intense situations of trading so it is also good to try with small amount like $50 for real.
