This often happens if it is your first withdrawer especially if you fund the account with paypal using credit/debit card balance. Simply email the support telling them the urgency of your bitcoin transaction, this often helps.
Not that urgent i can wait for 48 hours some people in a different forum told me asking the support to speed it up if your account is brand new and paypal was used will result in a refund and ban cause they may think you used hacked paypal accounts and just try to cash out it very quick

you can't speed up these type of sites withdrawal timing.. it is not a bitcoin transaction that you pay higher rate and speed up your payment. this proceed is from website's staff,

depends on your account level, if u are new, u must wait exactly 48h
You're welcome, I remember my first withdrawal on VirWox took a really long time, but after the first one it should be a lot quicker.
Also if it is your first withdrawal, it will have to take 24-48 hours I think. After your first withdraw they should be instant.

Hey! As other said, no you cant speed it up. I have a question for you tho: are you using Lindens to BTC? Because lately i wasnt able to exhange Lindens for BTC "inworld". I visited their sim and looks like their terminals aint accepting L$ anymore. I have a decent amount to exchange there.Thanks!

It is not bitcoin network fault or problem with capabilities of sending transaction. This time is interior threshold set by this service itself.They most likely need time to verify your deposit and find out if your withdrawal is fully legit. You can't speed it up.
