I can offer 70% of the value of the card, providing it has not had a zip code registered or been partially used. Escrow accepted.

I have a vanilla visa gift card with full balance of $75.  Can't use this card outside of the US so it's rendered useless to me..

Would like to exchange or make payment of $75 for bitcoins.

Would be very grateful for any help, thanks!
