I don't understand why people want him out so early. Most prominent coin developers are still very much around so why is his case different?
His critics always point to Satoshi leaving Bitcoin... they do not tell us his leaving was matter of circumstances...am not sure if that was the best thing for Bitcoin as there are things he left undone. Though he has excellent successors, things would have been much better if his vision for Bitcoin was fully implemented before leaving.

Ethereum is definitely a better cryptocurrency than all of the rest. It has more room to grow and a great development team. Although it has been developed so much over the years I believe that it can be developed more and increase its efficiency.
Vitalik is a knowledgeable person and he will surely not leave Ethereum for any reason. Even if he does so in the future, he will still be there in case of any issues with Ethereum. I like his principle that a coin should be left on it's own to grow naturally.

Everyone can twist a news or what you said on social media which will be used against you to lessen your credibility. Vitalik is a well known personality and we all know that every altcoins are trying their best to replace ETH. I strongly believe that Vitalik will never leave ETH community behind and I just read that they are currently building ETH 2.0.

Vitalik had always had plans for leaving Ethereum behind and he has never been shy in showing the truth of that publicly but some people choose to close their eyes on it and not see how he has always been only making money and building a developer's history for himself to be hired later on and have a solid job with the government or banks which he is already lobbying with.
