This is not true, though the rest of your statement is mostly accurate. This is why Bitcoin is great, because it is a more of a truly free market where people calculate their own risk and pay their own prices for it as opposed to busy bodies telling two consenting parties what they can and can not trade.

There are very few indications for intravenous vitamin B complexes or vitamin C. They are pretty much exclusively used in severe malnourishment and alcoholism. All vitamins Bs and C are well absorbed orally, and there is nothing this product provides that can't be achieved with an over-the-counter multivitamin for a fraction of the price from your local pharmacy, unless you are suffering from life-threatening malnourishment. That is not even mentioning the poor pharmaceutical regulations in Thailand means you have no guarantee of the product you are receiving, or why an unknown would be selling injectable products privately which is very sketchy in and of itself.
